Yogic way of scheming of belief - yoga

As described in my beforehand article. . . belief in the mind breed since we have five senses. So broadly there are five kinds of thoughts. Again each accepted wisdom may both be of pleasure or of pain. This way there are ten types of thoughts. Patanjali added describes each of these ten types of belief may be based on proof(pramana), or an opposite(viparyay), or an alternative(vikalpa), or forming sleep(nidra) or forming memory(smriti).

Patanjali emphasized that thoghts based on proof must be accepted, as these are at once perceived. There are six clothes in the world which can be absolutely perceived; these are sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and soul(true self). While senses perceive sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, soul(atman) is perceived in the mind because of total concentration(samadhi). No seventh thing exists in the whole universe that can be perceived directly. The brain wave of God and heaven as break away from soul is conflicting to proven thought. This is since those who are incapable to realise true self or are ignorant about the distinction of true self, depend upon different brain wave or dualism where soul is break from and mediocre to God. Such colonize hang about in continual sleep and bear in themselves all past memories which bring in all accepted and holy believes and practices.

In order to be in command of judgment Patanjali teaches - feelings may be forbidden throgh practice(abhyasa) and detachment(vairagya)(I. 12). Then he describes what attempt is. Apply is to stay there carefully(I. 13). But where is to stay? The fulfil lies in his prior instruction. A seer or practitioner be supposed to try to reach or stay there in true self.

In order to attempt calculating of thoughts, one has to carry out eight limbs(parts) of Yoga. The eight limbs of Yoga shall be described in a later article. At present, there are abundant Yoga shops in commission accross the globe and promotion yogic exercises, breathing exercises and consideration practices. But these are flawed and hazardous. Practitioners shall get the advantage of apply only. They may not accomplish the aim of Yoga, which is to realise true self.

This attempt must carry on evenly for a long time with honesty and confidence(I. 14). The final answer may come later; but once a huntsman starts practicing, he feels the difference. The body and mind becomes pure and light by dispelling undesirable rudiments like germs and disease from the body and evil feelings from the mind. Mind becomes pure and aptitude becomes sharp. Such a mind overcomes ignorance, oppression and fear of death.

Now let us see what detachment(vairagya) is. Patanjali teaches - to keep on cool and to overcome those clothes that are seen or heard of, is detachment(I. 15). The world constitutes of all active beings and bits and pieces belongings and to bring this world under be in charge of is subjugation(vashikara). Suppression is not to bring the whole lot under be in command of all the way through power, but to linger composed to everything. This defeat is detachment. One does not have to run away from the society; but by lasting in the circle one may defeat the lot and arise detachment. Disconnection is non-attraction. One must not be attracted to those belongings that are seen or heard of.

We see the charismatic and charming items of the world. But we must not be attracted towards them. As the world is at last false. Stuff that are seen and feelings linking to them are based on proof. But they are of no use in realisation of true self. Equally we be supposed to not deem those clothes that are heard of only. Gods and Goddesses, heaven and hell, angels and ghosts are only heard of. So Patanjali instructs a seer must not be attracted to those clothes that are also seen or heard of.
